Breakthrough discovery at Cornell gives first hope against deadliest cat virus

FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) is a feline disease that is always fatal, killing most infected cats within weeks.  This article discusses a recent discovery at Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine that they hope will help researchers gain knowledge that will help them develop prevention and therapies for the disease.  At West Kendall Animal Hospital, cases of FIP are infrequent but still diagnosed.
